The adaptive molecular delivery system™ — patent pending
The next generation in fire suppression delivery. K-Flow+ brings potassium-based molecular chain interruption directly to the flame front through an adaptive inline delivery architecture — purpose-built for ultra high pressure systems and small-diameter hose.
Fire suppression has advanced in generational leaps — each defined by a delivery innovation that changed what was possible at the flame front. K-Flow+ is the third.
Surfactant additives reduced water's surface tension, allowing the same volume of water to spread further and penetrate burning materials more effectively. A paradigm shift — water was no longer just water.
Established industry standardCompressed Air Foam Systems introduced aerated suppression agents, dramatically reducing water consumption while extending coverage area. A new category that redefined initial attack capability.
Established industry standardThe first adaptive molecular delivery system for UHP fire suppression. K-Flow+ targets the combustion chain reaction at the ionic level — interrupting fire where it actually lives, at the radical exchange point.
Introducing now — patent pendingK-Flow+ is not a chemical. It is not a nozzle. It is a delivery system — a method of ensuring that the right suppression chemistry arrives at the flame front in the optimal form, at the optimal moment, every single time. Regardless of how long the unit has been staged.
K-Flow+ delivers potassium-based chemistry through UHP atomization, placing active ionic species directly into the combustion zone at the moment of flame contact. Not before. Not after. The suppression agent reaches the flame front in its most chemically active state.
The K-Flow+ system maintains pure water in the primary tank. Suppression chemistry is introduced downstream of the pump, inline during delivery. This eliminates staging degradation, protects pump longevity, and ensures consistent solution strength whether the unit has been staged for one hour or three weeks.
Ultra high pressure atomization produces droplets calibrated to maximize surface area contact with the flame front. K-Flow+ is engineered to work within this droplet size range — the chemistry and the physics are matched, not generic. The result is simultaneous thermal cooling and radical chain interruption in a single delivery stream.
Designed from the ground up for ½" UHP hose configurations. The dissolved solution behaves as a clean fluid through high-pressure plumbing — no particulate risk, no valve wear, no flow restriction at operating pressure. Compatible with existing UHP skid platforms, brush trucks, UTV rigs, and micro fire station configurations.
Wildfire losses are not slowing. Insurance markets are not recovering. And the tools deployed against these fires have not fundamentally changed in decades. K-Flow+ was developed because the science of fire suppression had outpaced the systems available to deliver it.
The RUFF FIRE PENAM+ framework identified the molecular opportunity years ago. K-Flow+ is the delivery system that brings it to the field — scalable, affordable, and available now.
Request a community demonstrationK-Flow+ did not emerge from product development. It emerged from science. The RUFF FIRE PENAM+ framework — Protons, Electrons, Neutrons, Atoms, and Molecules — examines fire behavior at the ionic level, going beyond the fire triangle to understand combustion where it actually occurs: in the chemical chain reactions between free radicals.
That molecular understanding drove every design decision in K-Flow+. The choice of suppression agent. The delivery method. The pressure parameters. The inline architecture. Each element was selected because the science demanded it — not because it was conventional.
K-Flow+ is certified through the PENAM+ curriculum. Communities deploying it understand why it works, not just how to operate it. That knowledge is the difference between a tool and a capability.
Learn about PENAM+ scienceK-Flow+ is the delivery system that brings PENAM+ molecular science from the classroom to the fireground. PENAM+ certification is required for K-Flow+ deployment.
K-Flow+ represents a novel combination of suppression chemistry, delivery method, system architecture, and operational framework. The system — including its inline adaptive delivery method, UHP integration protocol, and PENAM+-grounded operational doctrine — is currently patent-pending.
Specific formulation parameters, proportioning ratios, injection specifications, and system architecture details are proprietary and not published in this or any other public document.
K-Flow+ is available now for community fire brigades, rural departments, and agricultural operations. PENAM+ certification is required for deployment — and Lesson 1 is free.
